FUTUREPAY
We aim to use recurring payments with Futurepay service for the monthly subscription. This is a monthly fee of 30 pounds that members with a monthly turnover in the platform of less than 300 pounds would pay.
You choose in your account configuration the day of the month that your monthly subscription will be paid, and keep it for the following months.
Futurepay is not aimed to be used for platform members with a variable payment, which still should use their current system based in the monthly incomes to pay their fee.
REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds of wallet balances which are based in the amount available in your account.
We dont offer refunds of subscriptions or in fees which are based in 10% of your incomes using our platform.
